About my job experience, I am a teacher, I taught for 12 years. I have 7 years plus working as a customer service agent. I have worked for several campaigns based in the United State of America like Virgin Mobile. In this campaign I used to help customers process their payments for their phone services, also doing some troubleshooting. I also worked for Macy's. com. I help customers place their orders for online shopping. I also worked for Capital One campaign, I used to handle credit cards, helping customers making payments and also providing information about their balance, due date, interest rate etc. I also worked for AmeriGas. This campaign was about propane, so I used to place orders for propane, helped customers to enroll online, provide delivery status, and give information if the customer wanted to purchase the tank instead of renting. I also worked for Western Union. I used to help customers sending money online , also create cases for customers that had issues receiving or sending money transfers. Am a very responsible person, punctual, hard working, patient, respectful, empathetic, energetic, flexible and honest.
