Attends to Customers to open accounts, and also ensure optimal performance
of all agents activated.
Provide support on all activities related to agent onboarding, management,
business development, and issue resolution.
Prompt resolution of issues and complaints by POS Agents as well as managing
Agents activities and intensity in line with set targets.
Periodic visit to Agent location to ensure proper management and use of Bank’s
POS terminals deployed to Agents and I’ve been able to work in line with set
targets on volume and counts.
2020 - 2021

I worked in different sections and helped in analyzing and extracting critical
trainee/participant data, along side financial claims files on program
implementation. I also perform administrative duties such as typing,

I worked under the supervision of the chief auditor in ensuring ITF complies
with internal regulations and established control protocol, also examined
documentation including reports, bank statements, records, and memo for
data gathering.
This agency served as my place of primary assignment during my 1-year of National
Youth Service (NYSC).
