My Role includes:
• To understand the business domain and requirements of the Customer.
• To prospect for new clients by networking, Market Research, Internet Research.
• To communicate effectively with key stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate business and technical solutions
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business, this includes finding the Point Of Contact in Organizations.
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Identify and report issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/principles.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through difference to a positive conclusion.
• Suggests areas for improvement with internal processes along with possible solution.
