I am a Biotechnologist (b.tech and m sc (in view) passionate about strategic continuous improvement and management for organisational excellence. Over the last three years, I have been actively involved in research and have developed communication, project management, people and organisational skills. In addition, I have studied the bodies of knowledge required to help organizations transform their services from good to great and from great to excellent.
