2014-Present Rushing Tap
Co-Founder/Chief Creative Officer
From inception I have ensured Rushing Tap helps brands to create high value
video content to achieve their goals and also forayed into creating original content
like Plus 234, a drama series and POV, a short form series. In 2022 I led Rushing
Tap to enter a strategic partnership with POV Studios to increase capacity, raising
over $1 million to build Rushing Tap Studios with 3 soundstages and equipment for
hire. With my leadership, Rushing Tap produced the award winning TV Quizshow
Cowbellpedia in 2023 as well as Nigeria's first studio-based drama series set in a
supermarket called "Checkout".

COCACOLA BELIEVE AND WIN PROMO
Responsibility: Producer.
Details: Rushing Tap was approached by Towncriers, the experiential marketing agency for Cocacola
in Nigeria to create interesting content out of the weekly draws for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. I was the
producer on this project and I turned a meeting room in the Cocacola Nigeria Office into a mini studio.
In this room, the set was built and the draws were shot multicam and streamed live. Every week's video
experienced a minimum of 150,000 views on Youtube, giving the promo massive reach and
engagement.

COWBELLPEDIA TV QUIZ GAMESHOW
Responsibility: Show redesign, Producer
Details: Rushing Tap won a bid amongst the best production companies in Nigeria to become the
official production partner for Cowbellpedia, which had run for 8 years and took a break due to COVID19. Promasidor decided to revive the Gameshow, but needed it to be completely overhauled from the
game mechanics, set design and overall outlook. I led the team to redesign the game dynamics,
converting it from just a Mathematics Quiz show to include Sciences and General knowledge. I also
partnered with a leading set design company to create a modern set and partnered with a Quiz Game
software company in Netherlands to create custom software to drive the games. I also led the team to
handle the logistics, from organising a remote computer based exam to shortlist the final 132
contestants, to transporting the students to Lagos and being in charge of their welfare.
The resultant show became the most watched season since inception of Cowbellpedia and it won the
award for the best brand sponsored reality show at the Brand Communicator Awards.

CHECKOUT DRAMA SERIES
Responsibility: Creator, Producer, Director
Details: Checkout is a dramedy set entirely in a supermarket with elements of everything amazing,
tears, laughter, anger and joy. I had created this series in 2015 and tried partnering with a supermarket
chain to use one of its locations as a set. Unfortunately that did not work out and in 2023 I pitched the
idea to Multichoice which led to Rushing Tap being commissioned to produce 120 episodes of the
show. It became the first dully studio-based drama series set in a supermarket in Nigeria. The show
went on to be the first commissioned show by Multichoice Nigeria to get more than 5 brand sponsors
before airing. The show enjoyed tremendous success and viewers loved every episode. It has been
slated for re-runs on Africa Magic channels.

S TA R R A D L E R C A M PA I G N
Responsibility: Director of the TVC as well as creation of bite sized video material for social media.
Details: Rushing Tap was briefed by the creative agency to do a treatment for the TV Commercial and
suggest ways of creating short videos for social media. I wrote the treatment and directed the TV
Commercial shoot, while factoring in the several short content that would be edited out of the long TVC.
