Project NO 1
The Challenge
A fintech company was struggling with disorganized loan processes. Key pain points included:
● Fragmented workflows for onboarding, loan applications, and payments
● Poor communication between teams leading to duplication of tasks
● Lack of real-time visibility into loan statuses and payment schedules
● Manual updates causing delays and errors
My Solution
● Boards: Built custom boards for core processes (customer onboarding, loan
applications, payment tracking) to create structure and clarity.
● Integrations: Linked tasks across workflows with Connect Boards, ensuring payment
updates fed directly into customer support.
● Data Visibility: Used Mirror Columns to automatically update critical information like
loan statuses and payment schedules across boards.
● Automation: Set up dependencies and automations to keep tasks in sequence,
reducing manual errors and saving time.
● Dashboards: Designed dashboards and timeline views to monitor KPIs such as
application approvals and payment schedules.

Project NO 2
The Challenge:
The firm was managing 16 projects concurrently (split between Interior and Exterior design) with
timelines ranging from 3 to 12 months. They faced several pain points:
Disjointed Communication: Conversations and file sharing were scattered across email, SMS, and
WhatsApp.
Limited Project Visibility: It was difficult to know the status of each project, resulting in missed
deadlines and milestones.
Inefficient Task Tracking: Manual tracking via spreadsheets was error-prone and time-consuming.
Fragmented Document Storage: Important documents were dispersed across multiple platforms.
Lack of Reporting: There was no centralized dashboard to monitor project progress, budget,
timelines, or team workload.
My Solution:
Board Setup:
Two Boards: Created separate boards for Interior and Exterior Design Projects.
Groups: Each board is organized into groups (Active, Upcoming, In Review/On Hold, and Completed
Projects) to clearly categorize project phases.
Detailed Project Breakdown:
Sub-Items for Tasks: Each project (e.g., Luxe Urban Loft Redesign for Interiors or Contemporary
Office Park Facade Upgrade for Exteriors) was divided into 5 actionable sub-tasks.
Realistic Timelines & Cost Allocations: I assigned specific start/end dates (with today’s reference
being February 2, 2025, 4:20 PM) and allocated budgets using percentage-based cost breakdowns.
Automations & Dashboards:
Automated Notifications: Set up alerts for overdue tasks and status updates once milestones were
met.
Reporting Dashboards: Developed dashboards to track key KPIs such as:
Project Progress: Percentage of completed tasks/milestones.
Overdue Tasks: Immediate flags for tasks behind schedule.
Budget Tracking: Comparing planned versus actual spending per project and task.
Timeline Adherence: Using Gantt charts to monitor schedule consistency.
Team Workload & Milestone Status: Visualized through charts that help balance tasks and track
milestone completion.
The Impact:
Centralized Communication & Document Sharing: All project updates, files, and conversations are
now housed in one place.
Enhanced Visibility: Real-time dashboards empower management with actionable insights.
Streamlined Processes: Automated reminders and task tracking have significantly reduced manual
follow-ups, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
