I implemented a customized automation using Zapier Paths + Sub-Zaps to create a smart and
efficient workflow:
a. Configured lead capture forms to automatically route new leads into the correct sales

b. Built personalized follow-up sequences triggered instantly after a lead submission.
c. Synced lead data across the CRM, email, and project management tools to avoid duplicate
manual entry.

How I Provided the Solution
● Built a custom automation workflow for data scraping.
● Demo run on TikTok (tested using Marques Brownlee – MKBHD’s account).

inefficient. It caused delays, errors, and a lack of visibility, as the team constantly had to switch
between platforms.
What My Client Needed
A unified workflow that automatically synchronized financial data with project management
tasks, reducing manual work and improving decision-making.
How I Provided the Solution
● Integrated QuickBooks and Monday.com using Zapier
● Configured Zaps to:
○ Update Monday.com boards when invoices were created or paid in QuickBooks
○ Notify team members in Monday.com when key financial milestones were
reached
○ Log time tracked in Monday.com as billable hours in QuickBooks
● Suggested related integrations to expand efficiency (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Xero,
Pandadoc, Slack).
