I'm a person with excellent communication skills, great ability for teamwork, a high frustration tolerance, creativity and empathy. I am Committed to constant learning through new experiences and updates of knowledge and concepts. I started my professional journey working in a psychiatric clinic, where I did psychological intervention with the different patients there. I then did a short project for Torre Labs where I had to analyze professional profiles with possible job positions that matched their interests. This was followed by experience as a customer service representative for this job I had to listen to the callers needs and using all the tools I had available give them the best resolution possible to their problem. I have also worked creating and facilitating workshops focused on developing soft skills in the participants. And finally, I have been volunteering with a charity in which homeless people go through a resocialization process. From all of this experiences I have learned about the importance of having good climate and culture in organizations, I have also learned about how having key employees in key positions can make all the difference in the outcome and the importance of soft skills in the work environment. Technically speaking I have learned how to conduct psychological interviews with different kinds of people, also how to apply technical test. How to pay attention to the details in order to understand a problem and find the best way to solve it. I have learned how to create a workshop from scratch, how to aim it to target an specific audience, how to talk in public and make sure the message I’m trying to communicate is clear and understandable for everyone.
