I have a deep understanding and experience representing a personality-based brand, in creating brand awareness and in finding ways to authentically communicate with the audience. I have acted as a brand’s voice across all social media platforms by developing and executing a regular posting strategy, including creating and/or repurposing engaging content that establishes presence as an authority. I have knowledge in creating a strategic and organized content calendar, following the guidelines of an in-depth brand voice guide as well as writing social copy that feels relatable and relevant. I also have experience owning community engagement and responding to customers who voice their feedback, questions, or complaints on social media channels. I enjoy researching and staying up to speed on new social media marketing strategies and I’m also interested in tracking and reporting on social analytics and metrics.
I am good at working independently as I’m self-motivated and I’m able to take initiative in problem-solving and ownership of projects without being micromanaged. I’m the happiest when I’m engaging with people, learning what motivates them and strategising about how I can help. I am a very determined and motivated person, always achieving the proposed goals. I engage in all endeavours with full focus and commitment, contributing to my best and using my experience. I can quickly adapt to different situations and to find solutions for problems under pressure, as well a good sense of time management skills, prioritisation and smart working systems.
