During my time as an Accounts Payable Assistant at Great Pacific Builders and General Contractor Inc. from November 2024 to May 2025, I was responsible for managing supplier payments and ensuring that transactions were executed promptly and accurately. I utilized the company's accounting software to process payments for over 30 suppliers each month, ensuring all suppliers received timely payments and maintaining good relationships with them. This responsibility involved generating and verifying check vouchers, where I made sure all the details were accurate and in compliance with company policies. In addition, I maintained effective communication with suppliers, promptly addressing any payment inquiries, which led to improved supplier satisfaction and ensured the timely delivery of goods and services.

Previously, I worked as an Accounting Finance Intern at the Philippine Survey and Research Center in Pasig City, Philippines from May 2022 to June 2022. In this role, I was responsible for maintaining and updating over 500 data entries in spreadsheets, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with data entry standards. This experience strengthened my skills in handling large datasets and highlighted the importance of attention to detail in ensuring the accuracy of financial records. I also maintained strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client data, adhering to data protection laws and internal policies.
