I am a university graduate with a degree in Public Health. I have worked as a flight attendant for three years until I finally decided to pursue my passion in writing. I have over one year experience as a virtual assistant and I have been in the customer service industry for as long as I can remember. I have worked as a customer service representative, a telemarketer, a social media manager, copywriter and other virtual assistant-related work. I have worked as a special correspondent for a local newspaper specializing on art, culture and social issues.

Most importantly, whatever I lack in skills, I always make up for in diligence.
