I am Snehashis Nag, a dedicated and adaptable professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the National University of Bangladesh. With a strong academic foundation and growing experience in client-focused environments, I bring a passion for delivering value through strategic communication, efficient operations, and talent acquisition support.

My professional journey began with an internship at Bank Asia Ltd., where I gained practical experience in structured workflows, customer engagement, and internal coordination. This opportunity enhanced my understanding of how financial services function in a real-world setting and strengthened my confidence in dealing with diverse client needs.

Alongside my academic and professional endeavors, I have developed key skills in project management, team leadership, business communication, and critical thinking. I’ve served as an Executive Member of a non-profit organization, 'Shannidhyo', where I coordinated community development projects and collaborated with diverse teams. These experiences helped sharpen my interpersonal abilities and taught me how to lead with empathy and clarity.

In addition to my leadership and communication strengths, I am technically skilled in office management and digital tools. I have completed courses in Office Applications and Graphic Design and am comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social platforms essential for recruitment and remote collaboration.

I am especially passionate about contributing to international teams in dynamic industries such as finance, technology, and digital marketing. My long-term goal is to grow as a versatile professional within a global organization—helping bridge gaps between talent and opportunity, optimizing operational workflows, and providing excellent service to clients and candidates alike.
