I have 3 years experience as administrative assistant in a Chinese company here in the Philippines. I do move in and move out of our staff in their condo units , paying all the staff electric or water bills moreover setting an appointment for the staff, handling the drivers schedule and our housekeepers task , dealing with the broker of our condo units when it comes to the staff contract, handling the staff house and the employees, handling the payroll of the employees, processing the work permit , collecting the bills In the condo units twice a month, monitoring the foods every breakfast, lunch and dinner time then send it to our group chat , sending reports every time we go out and get off duty, lastly organizing the meeting of the manager or boss, in short we do all around . I have knowledge to use excel , spreadsheet ,google docs and others which is related on our office job. I am willing to work full time.
I can work under pressure and I'm willing to start anytime.
