With over 28 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Laboratory Management, I bring a wealth of expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation, ISO 15189 accreditation, and laboratory operations across diverse global landscapes,I have successfully led initiatives that include achieving JCI Accreditation and ISO 15189:2012 certification. My role as a Management Representative to Accreditation Bodies, along with my experience as an International Ambassador for the American Association of Blood Banks, highlights my commitment to elevating industry standards globally.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to achieve significant milestones, such as securing the first AABB accreditation for stem cell banking in India and pioneering ISO 15189 accreditation across South America. My expertise extends to managing laboratories in resource-constrained environments, driving business and community engagement programs, and supporting research initiatives.
