I was a real estate VA for an investor based in Nebraska. My daily task consist of data mining (going through county records to check for properties with NOD and lien) as well as newspapers to look for properties on auction. After, I enter the information on podio and do an analysis on the property. I then update our masterlist for the additional information. I also prepare letters for mailing for potential sellers. In addition to this, I do skip tracing on properties to get the owner's information. Once a month I used propstream to download properties that belongs to absentee and vacant category. I clean the file and preopare it for mailing. I am also familiar with Quickbooks since I helped my previous employer in preparing her expense for taxation purposes.
