Language and communication improvement: In one academic year, I successfully improved the speaking and listening skills of over 70% of my students, based on the developmental evaluation at the end of the semester. Creation of a safe and positive learning environment: I successfully created a learning environment that promotes a sense of safety and comfort, which made 95% of the children feel happy and enthusiastic to participate in daily activities, based on satisfaction surveys conducted with parents. Parent coordination: I communicated regularly with parents, and in the last 6 months, 98% of parents expressed satisfaction with their children's development, as reflected in the feedback received during parent-teacher meetings.
