My name is Sinisa. I am a fun and easygoing illustrator who is constantly working on new ideas and building up skills.
If you are searching fresh and funky designs and illustrations, I am the guy for you.
I create both traditional and contemporary illustrations using a mix of manual techniques such as oil, acrylic, pencil and digital instruments such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and even animation using After Effects.
My creative process looks like this:
I create initial drafts of the project using pencils and marker pens. These draft are usually simple compositions where I attain knowledge about the requirements of drawing and establish it’s complexity.
Later on I pick the best draft and do an initial composition using acrylic, oil, spatulas, brushes. This is where I implement my 8 year knowledge of color theory and painting (aside from illustration I am independent artist with many exhibitions and dozens of paintings in my portfolio).
Once I am satisfied with the composition and color combinations I transfer the work to a digital format via photo or a scan and move on to create a fully digital illustration.
Often I will use the newly created digital image to easily experiment and improve my source material, that is why I love digital programs, cause it helps me put my ideas to work and easily introduce variations. This is a benefit for the client, because traditional illustrations as mine is usually not easily change.
I haven’t worked in a traditional design agency but I am well trained for traditional creative process and am able to adopt any team’s dynamic and style.
I have my own style and I rarely use other peoples work as inspiration but my years of experience in various analog and digital techniques give me the freedom to emulate any style the client might need.
Thank you,
