I was entrusted with the responsibility as a back office agent to ensure that supplies that were
requested by the customers were as a result of a printer alert they received to “replace soon or
now” as they were not to have the toners stocked. My duty was also to rebuild the printers so
that the actual usage that was sent over to Xerox was true and that supplies matched usage.
