I am a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary with 15 years of post qualification experience in India. Have previously worked with companies like American Express (financial services giant), Fitness First ( UK based PE funded Group running fitness clubs worldwide), HT Media Ltd (India's biggest Media house - radio division called Fever 104fm), Bharti (Telecom Brand 'Airtel'). I was last working with Fitness First India as their Financial Controller (Head of Finance).
I have good experience working on Strategy and Business Development, Business planning, Implementing procedures, controls & compliances, legal & secretarial apart from core finance functions like Accounting, Taxation, audit. I enjoy to deliver in complex situations through planning & corroborating with teams. Applying my General business management skills is what I enjoy the most. I have led teams of upto 25 members. Had the opportunity of working with diverse regional teams across Asia Pacific, Europe & Middle East, Latin America & Caribbean.
