Successfully built an education content website (www.edutopia.co.ke) from scratch. The website allows individuals to enroll as members, thereby uploading their contents in the website.
Marketing, customer support and selling education content at www.edutopia.co.ke ;
Successfully run a new online education documents marketing and selling website – www.edutopia.co.ke , satisfactorily answering to the needs of the rather technologically uninformed Kenyan clients and members. This new website successfully addresses the challenges experienced in almost all other websites including the earlier one. Consequently, it is now gaining very high approvals by the clients and members.

Managing a huge herd of beef cattle – including 3000 – 4000 at Voi.
Successfully increased the herd population from 3128 to 4257 despite the adversaries of the generally very dry nature of Voi area.
Successfully put in place strategies to improve the quality of the cows and reduced the maturation time for the cows.
Instituted a very effective disease and pest prevention and control mechanism.

Managed the designing, construction and running of an only major mechanized irrigational project in Rwanda.
Making accurate financial predictions on the costs of labour, training programs and the inputs versus the expected revenue from the yields.
Collecting the actual data and analyzing it to improve the accuracy of subsequent predictions and also to point out areas requiring different strategies.
Using this data to formulate the irrigation project management strategies, develop plans and milestone goals, and subsequently design the required actionable procedures.
Successfully mobilized, motivated and trained the local farmers about the need to adapt to the draught and poverty in the area by learning how best to benefit from the first major irrigation project in Rwanda.
Using the data to monitor the project progress and to compile the weekly reports for the supervisors and the donors.
Training and supervising the plumbers and the mechanics.
Advising the Project manager and the National Projects Coordinator when making irrigation decisions in the first irrigation project in Rwanda.
