I have enjoyed customer service and executive positions in various companies. in which I have developed a call center and customer service culture.

I love to dig into customer problems and offer solutions using technology. Solving them is so much fun especially on first contact. I love dealing with customers. I enjoy the interaction with people and find no problem answering even the most trivial questions. I get a deep sense of satisfaction when solving problems or helping customers out in one way or another. In my spare time I I take some time to get to learn new things especially in the computer world also I am active in athletics, especially field events but only if the weather allows me too.
