Simani Abuyu Regau
PROFILE
Over the last four years, as a semi professional athlete and Microbiology & Biotechnology student. I have developed a disciplined approach to training, tracking performance, writing reports and conducting research. I am comfortable leading workouts among teammates and collaborating on research projects. I bring the mentality of a high-performance athlete and the thoroughness of a lab technician.
My days in the lab and track have taught me patience and perseverance, drilling in the fact that consistency will always bring a positive outcome. Through training I've helped teammates not only achieve physical results but also develop a deeper appreciation for a healthy lifestyle and through the track I've learnt to be thorough in the work I and my course mates are doing My achievements extend beyond fitness milestones; I strive to inspire a lifelong passion for well-being in every individual I work with.
