AVP Middle Office | Deutsche Bank -Sydney MARCH 2007 – PRESENT • I started working in the derivatives documentation department, having no experience in legal documents. • In 2009, I was chosen to train the team in Manila, prepared the training plan, and was responsible for performance feedback and for the set-up of the derivatives team in Manila. The outsourcing was successfully implemented. • In 2011, I was given the responsibility to supervise the team and lead regional projects. I was also chosen to perform additional training in India for the existing offshore team. • I have been dealing with various stakeholders like the clients, trading, legal and also continue to mentor the offshore teams. • I was responsible for the final offshore of the documentation team in Sydney in 2017 and both conducted and delegate responsibilities in relation to the training to the team members.
