I've spent few years in customer-facing roles first at a hotel front desk , then transitioned into learning how to hand real customer issues remotely across email, live chat, and social media. High volumes, frustrated customers, back-to-back tickets that became my normal. And I learned how to stay professional and solution-focused no matter what.
On the tools side, I work with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gorgias. I don't need weeks of onboarding , I get familiar with your process quickly and get to work.
I'll also be honest , I'm still upskilling. I'm currently enrolled in a Customer Support Specialist Training at Sweetlyn Creatives, and I'm constantly learning. Every week I'm getting sharper at this work.
I'm certified in In-Demand IT Skills by Digital Witch Support Community (April 2026) and hold a HubSpot Customer Service Certification. I'm available immediately, and fully set up for remote work at UTC+1.
