I've been in the BPO industry for 3 years in total, 1 year and 3 months at T-Mobile, and the position is Technician and Sales Representative our most common call driver on that time was technical issue on their internet device and after that we need to transition the negative experience of the customer to positive so that we could get a sales either upgrade of old mobile phone, upgrade of internet speed or new purchase of mobile phone, the second job is case manager of Morgan and Morgan law firm for 1 year the task is checking all the documents of the specific cases that was given to me if there is missing we need to call the plaintiff or if the missing documents is medical record or bill we need to contact the facilty either the hospital or clinic where the plaintiff rendered the service so that we can now start filing the case to a specific county where the case must file. My third job is at UnitedHealth Care as an advocate for 7 months. My job description is assisting members who are 65 years old and older who have challenges with their insurance and providing the best option to the member on what they need to do if they will render a service or purchase a medication.
