I have 12 years extensive experience in several multinational & top organizations such as Marriott, Oxfam. I have served in key positions which gave me diversified experience of all key departments in decision making. I have used top customized HR software including Gusto, sentrifugo, quickbook, xero etc.

I have overall experience of Managing Human Resource Department which includes recruitment and selection, performance management, staff data management, payroll management, training and development, employee relation, CBA relation and important part is HRIS. I have additional experience writing proposals, documentation, creative writing & different analytical tools. I have always & believed in delivering quality work in time. Time management has always been one of my core strengths.

As for as my qualifications I have done my Masters in Business Administration from reputable university
