About

I had been in the BPO industry since 2010. It all started when I decided to earn my own money after earning my degree from college. One of my goals in life is to establish my career proficiently which at the same time I would enjoy and love doing it. A friend of mine introduced me to this office job and who would ever think I could be as productive as other people earning from this business.

To give you a brief overview of my skill set – I had a strong background for both voice and non-voice support either of these: customer service, technical, sales, retention, billing, email, chat, and appointment setting.

My very first call center experience was with Dell Technical Support and it was the toughest yet most memorable experience I’ve ever had. Knowing Dell as an established big company of computers, it was challenging for a newbie like me and who would ever think I could surpass it. I’ve lasted for 6 months which served as my training ground and got re-profiled to Sprint Telesales Inbound Support since Dell was no longer in business with that company I’ve worked for. I did not expect to excel in selling knowing again that Sprint was one of the biggest phone providers in America. I started as an agent and got promoted as a Teamleader. It was a great 4 years of experience interacting with home phone users and managing a solid team of telesales warriors. I would never forget the awards, perks, and incentives I received almost every month for the excellence I have offered to that business. It was really a very memorable one.

On the other hand, I’ve pursued my career in a different kind of field after I’ve decided to go home to my hometown and find a job that’s more convenient for me – working home-based. I was under Health Care clients who gave me different tough challenges which were way too different from my previous jobs – phone support to Insurance holders. I had a lot of study regarding healthcare terms and services which was tougher from the previous tasks that I’ve done in the years. I did not expect that it was a fulfilling job and something that I was able to master since I was somehow able to use the medical course I took up in college – B.S. Physical Therapy. Overall, it was a fun 2 years experience that is one for the books.

Lastly, the job that I seriously enjoyed the most was another challenging leap that I feel comfortable most which were a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I have mastered talking to homeowners, gathering information about their properties and even tried to let them realize the value of their homes and how it is going to be an investment in the market. This only not made me talk to homeowners for 2 years but also did a lot of paper works, admin tasks, data entry, scheduling appointments and many more.

I hope that this can help me prove myself how I can be a fit to your job opening, if the position is still available and you feel that I can be a big help to your business, please let me know. You can count on me as one of the most hardworking, trusted, trainable, keen to details and delivering good results team player. I will do the best that I can and be part of the team of rock stars.
