I have worked as a computer teacher for around 2 years of experience .so I am well versed with MS word, MS excel, Power point presentation. I also worked as a Data Entry operator around for 6 months. In that I used the maintain records of particular website like uploading the data, deletion of records, updating of records etc.

I have been into the BPO domain for domestic voice process for around 14 months. In that process Making outbound calls to customers , clarifying their doubts, giving assistance in case if they are facing any issues.
