I am a University of Johannesburg graduate, completed my bachelor’s degreee in Human Resources management. Through the course of completion I was a volunteer tutor for an NGO and went for tutor training at the University of Johannesburg. I have one year experience in tutoring and served my utmost best as I have attained a certificate. With My degree I have acquired knowledge on performance management, HR metrics, aligning the HR strategies to the businesses strategies, vision and missions, HR analytical skills, employee relations and engagement, Compensation and rewards and Hr procedures on how to retain employees. I am keen to use my skills and expertise to improve the company’s overall success and reputation and to improve employee satisfaction and performance. I have great public speaking and presentation skills and I believe in working as a team. I also acquire knowledge on industrial psychology concerning ergonomics, business ethics, research methodology, psychological assessments, workforce planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
