I am a data entry and information management professional with a strong background in health data systems and monitoring and evaluation. Over the past several years, I have consistently ensured accurate, timely data capture and validation across multiple platforms, including DHIS2, DATIM, Google Sheets, and MOHCC interfaces. My work involves designing and implementing data collection tools, entering daily to quarterly program data, and conducting rigorous data quality assessments to support program decisions. I am highly detail-oriented and excel at data cleansing, standardizing datasets, and performing consistency checks to guarantee data integrity.
In addition to hands-on data entry, I bring solid skills in data analysis and reporting. I possess proficiency with Excel (advanced functions, data manipulation, and cleansing), SPSS, STATA, and basic programming concepts, which enable me to translate raw data into clear, actionable reports for stakeholders. My experience also includes coordinating routine program reviews, conducting data verification visits, and training staff on data entry best practices, all of which contribute to a robust data governance environment. I am comfortable working under pressure and can adapt quickly to new data systems, ensuring confidentiality and secure handling of information. My ongoing MSc in Big Data Analytics further strengthens my ability to contribute to data-driven decisions and improved program outcomes.
