 Preparation of computerized primary books of accounts, secondary books of accounts and final accounts from the vouchers and documents submitted by the various companies. Preparation of Main Materials Ledger and Inventory, Stores Ledger and Inventory, Main Materials and Stores Consumption Report.

Total Finance and Accounts including Inventory Control through financial packages: -

1] Preparation of computerised primary books of accounts like Sales Register, Purchase Register and Journal book.

2] Preparation of computerised secondary books of accounts like Customers’ Ledger, Creditors’ Ledger and Recoverable ledger.

3] Preparation of General Ledger of Head Office and Factory and Trial Balance.

4] Preparation of computerized Stores Ledger, Stores Inventory and MIS reports from the Stores Receipt Report and issue requisition slips having stores items around 12,000. 

Presently looking all aspects of the business, like operations, finance and purchase. Also responsible for participating offline tender of various Govt. Departments viz. Public Works Department (PWD), Public Health Engineering (PHE), Irrigation & Waterways Dte., KMDA, KMC, Indian Railways etc.
