Hi! My name is Shyrine, and you can just call me Shy for short. My name is not really what defines my personality. Im not typically shy but I can say that I am a simple person with Hardworking skills, and able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis. I also have a good working ethics that has Excellent Problem Solving Skills with great Time management. When it comes to my experience in BPO industry, I have 2 years of great experience, creative spirit, with reliable and professional approach dealing with different customers and clients. Also I have a chance to experience handling and dialing for different LOB's and campaigns for both Inbound and Outbound.

I am an Appointment setter for a janitorial Campaign, an Inbound Customer Service Representative for Hotel and Travel Agency, I also tried to be a Rockstar as a telemarketer for Auto-Warranty and Health Insurance Campaign.

During my time as Customer Service Representative, Sales Representative and a telemarketer,I was able to meet all of the quality scores for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and was awarded best sales agent after just four months being with the company.

I learned to value patience, and above all, being a team player and a team builder.
