I've been a Customer Service for 3 yrs now. I handle 3 account , In my first year as a Customer Service i do take order thru phone,giving satisfaction service to the customer its not easy ti start w/o any knowledge from this BPO industry but i nailed it.The second acct is w/ United Airline ,Customer Service in booking,general inquiries and third account is w/ AT@T I'm in sales and billing department,I also handle troubleshooting.
