I am a customer-focused operations professional with hands-on experience running and scaling programs within a startup and NGO environment. I was part of the core founding team of a non-profit organization, where I helped design systems, launch services, and manage daily operations simultaneously. Two of the programs I helped build and operate are Abacus education program and a Cultural Exchange program. These rograms remain active and continue to serve local and international participants.
While helping lead these initiatives, I handled end-to-end coordination, including managing inquiries, advertising programs, onboarding clients, coordinating schedules, and maintaining consistent communication with partners and stakeholders. I regularly worked with international clients, schools, and organizations, which strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in English across different cultures and time zones.
I played an active role in client relationship management. Through consistent follow-ups, transparency, and reliability, I helped build long-term relationships that resulted in repeat clients and organic referrals. Many of our clients continued working with us and supported our programs by recommending our services to others, contributing to sustainable growth.
In addition to client-facing work, I supported internal operations by helping develop workflows, improving coordination systems, finding local and international partners and ensuring smooth execution across multiple programs at the same time. This experience trained me to stay organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented, especially in fast-paced or high-responsibility environments.
I am comfortable working remotely and independently and am familiar with tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, email platforms, and online collaboration tools. I learn new systems quickly and value clear communication, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
I am now seeking a remote role where I can apply my experience in customer support, operations, and relationship management while contributing meaningfully to a growing team.
