I was a Customer Service Representative for a travel account for elite customers. As an elite agent, its imperative to provide services accurately and with great care. As an agent, we need to make sure all travel details are correct and suited to customers preference and budget. As an elite, we were taught to book flight reservations using Amadeus and Sabre, a GDS reservation tool to access flight inventory.

I worked as a Contract Service Associate and a Payroll Specialist. The company have a variety of clients within the country from different industries. Contract reviews, identifies and solve customers inquiries and problems, timekeeping, payroll processing, and billing are some of the task I had.
