A A1 A2 A3 A4 A5 B C 5 Detail Scope of work required by repair agency D E F G H I J 6 Eligibilities 7 8 EDC Warranty Acceptance Criteria (if any) Repair / Maintenance of 01 x soft patch, 164 x Deck side beams (Aluminum), 328 Frame brackets (Aluminum), and Coaming (MS) of 01 deck include following jobs: Survey of complete deck fittings, securing and supporting arrangements of 01 deck, weak plates/ fittings to be replaced, Epoxy flooring to be carried out on new plates. Repairing / renewal of 164 x Deck frame side beams Repairing / renewal/ riveting of 328 x Frame brackets Repairing / renewal of deteriorated coaming (U channel) around the deck Survey / repair and replacement of soft patch at 01 deck. Week plates to be replaced. Epoxy flooring on new plates to be carried out. Material used for replacement of plates / fittings should be same as already fitted onboard. Ant amendment if require will be subject to approval of end user. All dismantling, removal, transportation, repair and installation work is responsibility of firm. Welding / Cutting for removal / repair and installation of work is responsibility of firm as per standard SOP / direction of the ship e.g NDT to be carried out to ensure the quality of welding work. All Materials, spares, tools, accessories etc required for said repair / maintenance work to be arranged by the firm. Any damage / defect / wear and tear occurred during the course of removal, fabrication, and installation work will be repaired by the firm without any liability / responsibility on part of the Ship/ PMSA. Requirement of external services will be the responsibility of the firm. Repair / maintenance work is to be undertaken as per maintenance manual / reference documents/ SOPs without any liability / responsibility on the part of Ship/ PMSA. All dismantling, removal, transportation and installation work during warranty / guarantee period claim and incase of any re-work will be responsibility of the firm. If any repair / maintenance work goes beyond the defined scope of work will be considered as growth work and cost of same will be processed accordingly. The end user / PMSA Ship will determine the growth of work, determined assessed work as considered appropriate will be processed accordingly. The firm should be having refined experience of the same kind of work required onboard ship. The firm should visit onboard and carry out inspection establish the extent of required work. The firm should be NTN and GST Registered 40 working days 01 year from the date of acceptance Satisfactory work done by the firm and completion of acceptance by the end user. Terms & Conditions: A.
