Siemens Information Systems, (Currently Cerner Health Services), Kolkata, India Systems Engineer (12/2014-Till Date)  Part of the Production Support Team known as the Soarian Financials Operational Dayend Team under the Revenue Management Group, that involves working with a series of operational dayend issues. The work involved critical job monitoring, and a subsequent response and solution to problems as related to the daily jobs. This was achieved through monitoring various levels of logs, and error messages in the system through different tools, and majorly involving the writing of ad hoc SQL queries. It subsequently would often lead to root cause analysis and the recommendation of corrective actions/diagnosis to prevent recurrence of relevant issues. Technologies involved include SQL Server 2008 and also the Decision Support System Tool, which is internally used by Siemens Medic Solutions for critical job monitoring using the DSS Schedulers.     Participation in the Go-Live Events for Hospitals during Software Upgrades, assisting Development Teams and DBA Teams in resolving critical multiple issues involving issues with Billing & Collections, Claims, Insurance for patients along with Replication issues encountered during Data Replication from OLTP to OLAP Databases. Monitoring and troubleshooting critical jobs through the job scheduler. Used tools such as Charm NT and EVTS to track the Soarian Financials Dayend issues and solutions as provided by oncall and developer teams.
