I’m a B.Tech Mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong business mindset, currently working as Manager of Operations & Business Development at Saket Enterprises. Over the past 4+ years, I’ve built a track record of leading high-value projects, developing client relationships, and managing full operational cycles from negotiation to delivery — all while maintaining quality, compliance, and team coordination.
In my current role, I’ve overseen large-scale ship repair projects, led contract negotiations, managed manpower logistics, ensured legal compliance, and handled documentation and billing. Prior to this, at Dweep Engineering Works, I worked as Deputy Manager of Technical & Operations, where I managed field execution, team performance, and technical reporting. These roles have sharpened my abilities in problem-solving, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination — skills that are directly applicable to campaign optimization, reporting, and analytics in digital marketing.
Although my experience is rooted in engineering and operations, I have a strong aptitude for business systems, data interpretation, and structured project management — all of which translate well into SEO, paid ads, and campaign tracking. I enjoy learning new tools, interpreting metrics, and improving performance, and I’m eager to grow in a more tech-driven, data-oriented marketing role.
The reason I’m looking to transition from Saket Enterprises isn’t due to the company itself — rather, it’s about flexibility and long-term vision. My current role requires me to stay fixed in one physical location, which limits my exposure and growth. I value location mobility, remote collaboration, and working across global projects — all of which align with the dynamic and remote-first nature of this role at The VA Group.
