My responsibilities included preparing LEDES files for electronic invoice submissions and reviewing billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with client contracts. I also optimized billing operations, which involved identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction. In addition, I handled client queries related to billing and disputes, ensuring effective communication through calls and email follow-ups. My role required me to be detail-oriented and proactive in addressing any concerns raised by clients, which often involved coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information and resolve disputes efficiently. This experience has honed my ability to manage end-to-end invoicing processes while ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently. Moreover, during my time as an accounting assistant at Brand Institute Inc., I maintained financial transaction records and assisted in month-end close procedures. I identified discrepancies in financial reports and corrected them, which is crucial in ensuring accurate invoicing and dispute resolution. My analytical skills, combined with my experience in financial reporting and reconciliations, have prepared me well for the challenges of managing invoicing and disputes in the logistics industry.
