Over the last 5+ years, I’ve worked in fast-paced startups and B2B environments across CX, customer success, and operational strategy. Whether it was building scalable support processes or managing client escalations during high-growth sprints, I’ve always brought one thing to the table—empathy that converts into retention.

I started out at a US-based process outsourcing firm solving real-time escalations on calls (yep, those late-night graveyard shifts), and quickly realized I had a knack for understanding people beyond just their words. That’s what got me into customer-facing roles—and what’s kept me going since.

At my most recent role, I led customer success operations—driving adoption, handling churn narratives, and most importantly, building feedback loops between customers and product teams. I’ve handled success journeys end-to-end: onboarding, lifecycle health tracking, and renewals, all while ensuring our NPS didn’t just look good, but felt real.

Even after a recent layoff (because let’s be honest—startups pivot hard), I haven’t hit pause. I’m using this time to upskill—completing customer success courses, improving my technical fluency, and staying connected with the industry. If anything, this transition has reminded me of why I do what I do: I love solving problems and watching customers win because of it.

I’m currently exploring full-time opportunities in customer experience, success, or account strategy roles—remote or in hybrid teams where collaboration, growth, and creativity matter just as much as metrics.
