I am a married working women with no kids and looking for a job opportunity where i can work from home.
I am currently working in Infor as an SSM handling customer on-premise and SAAS renewals. Our daily work is to respond to customer queries on time and follow up on the renewals and outstanding payments. As a renewals team, our goal is to close the maximum renewal on time. We also receive incentives based on the targets we achieve.
