I am working in DesignTech Systems and supporting Atlas Copco for Reciprocating air compressor product. I am supporting in new development projects. Good knowledge of 3D modeling, Manufacturing & assembly, Details drawing, bill of material. I am working with a TECH MAHINDRA and supporting Parker Hannifin for hydraulic piston pumps product. My scope of work was to understand the requirement of customer. Planning and estimating work. Carry out monthly meetings with global customers. Checking quality of work delivered. Supporting CAD work and actively involved in change management process flows, I have worked in ATLAS COPCO and supported for Reciprocating Piston Compressor. Mainly I have worked on maintenance support. Sheet Metal design, Piping design, Skid/Deck Design, Flexible hoses, Pressure Vessel, Water- & Air-cooled coolers modification. I have supported in development projects in areas like Pipe Thickness calculation, Canopy Open area Calculation, Belt selection, AVM Deflection analysis, Stress analysis for frame, supports and brackets. I have proficiency in Manufacturing process, assemblies & Material. I have good knowledge of international standards like ASME, API 618, GD&T As in Software Skills I have hands-on experience in Auto Desk Inventor, Solid Works, PV-Elite AutoCAD, Enovia, Vault & BPCS.
