Work experience:
Working as a Technical Recruiter in Collabera Technologies Pvt Ltd from May 2016 to August 2018.
Description:
Working with so many clients like IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, Wipro etc. There are two types of positions which we are hiring for.i.e Contract and Permanent.So it’s challenging to convince the resources according to the location and position. Important task is to find a smarter way to handle the resources.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sourcing, Screening and testing profiles and short-listing the right profile.
Submitting candidate's profile to different requirements matching the candidate's profile.
Having an experience of using advance recruitment techniques like head hunting.
Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent placements and Direct placement of IT Professionals
Possess knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations and closing, resume formatting.
Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/short-listed candidates and checking their interest & availability.
Scheduling technical/final interviews either with the technical panel or with the management group and follow up on the feedbacks.
Keeping a systematic record of the candidates who had attended the interview.
Develop continuous pipeline of candidates to provide backup.
Co-ordinate with other recruiters to ensure that as a team we rapidly identify quality candidates, reduce time to fill, build a diverse candidate database.
Generate candidate leads through referrals, cold calling and network of previous contacts through LinkedIn as well as company database.
