I’m currently working as a QA analyst in a multinational company, prior to this I was engaged in the capacity of customer support specialist for almost 3 years; during this time I managed to develop and hone CS skills and learned to deal with customer calling with a range of issues. I’ve harnessed the skill of multitasking by juggling various tools at once to deliver the best possible customer experience and resolve their concern.
Throughout my professional tenure, I’ve successfully navigated many challenges tossed my way and dealt with them responsibly and efficiently. I’m confident to say that over the course of my employment with a range of companies, I’ve done my very best to achieve the goals and objectives set out in a proficient manner and have been largely successful in maintaining the KPIs established by the company.
I believe that I’d be a perfect fit for any Remote CS and QA-oriented position as I possess the kind of interpersonal and analytical skills needed to carry out the duties associated with such positions. Furthermore, my ability to maintain my KPI’s working as CSE demonstrates that I’m very well equipped to deliver robust assurance of quality standards. Most importantly though, ADAPTABILITY is one trait I deem to be the most desirable when it comes to assuming a new role in an entirely different department, it’s the most sought after skill in any challenging position; I firmly believe that I possess that skill and I’m confident that it would help me to integrate smoothly while taking on the new role and one that has the potential to make this transition effortless.
