Hi! I'm Shiza.
I have over 3 years of solid experience in Quality Assurance, focusing on process accuracy, documentation, and ISO compliance. I also led a small team to uphold quality standards in a healthcare account, supporting healthcare providers and ensuring client satisfaction.
With a background in Industrial Engineering, I started my career in manufacturing as a Quality Control intern in a food company. There, I gained recognition for optimizing productivity by 20% using the TMS method and applying SLP for space planning, which provided valuable insights into inventory management.
I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, with hands-on experience applying methods such as Kaizen, RCA, DMAIC, Fishbone, and Gemba Walk in my roles. In addition, I hold certification as a BOSH Safety Officer, where I applied CAPA reports to address risks and opportunities in the workplace.
Other certifications I have earned include FWA for Medicaid/Medicare Training, GMP, and Project Management.
People say that I'm a complex person, but I am someone who understands and delivers what clients need for their jobs. After my years of experience as a QA, I am ready to embark on and explore other positions. I'm a fast learner person that really is curious how system works, attention to detail, proactive and organizational skills.
