After having a Bachelor's in Business Administration Degree , I've worked as a Customer Service Executive in the core Banking Operations for 2 years . My Job role included Handling Customer Requests at bank , Cash Management and also selling Banking products like Insurance and Mutual Funds .

I also have one year of Experience in Freelancing with mixed Experience in Virtual Assistance , Customer Service , Data Entry , English Proofreading . I'm new to this platform but have worked with some reputed clients earlier on different job portals .
