• Remove unused JavaScript
• Reduce JavaScript execution time(possible within limits).
• Eliminate render-blocking resources of JS/CSS(as much possible)
• Remove unused CSS
• Minify JavaScript / CSS
• Reduce HTTP requests
• Serve images in next-gen formats, Optimizing images
• Serve static assets with an efficient cache policy
• Keep request counts low and transfer sizes small
• Reduce fonts/Remove fonts that are not being used
• Combining css(where possible within limits)
• Defer offscreen images
• Avoid document.write()
• Does not use passive listeners to improve scrolling performance
• Enable gzip/text compression

Please note that all the above fixes will be done under control possibilities.

Please share full access of admin login password etc, so I could solve the speed related issues.
