The interface involves 2-way interactions. App-A sends Job Schedule(Create,Activate,Update App-B project) Updates to App-B via ESB and wait for the response, App-B will process the information sent and send the response back to App-A via ESB . Also, ESB provide a web service interface for App-B to send App-A Job Update to App-A IB. App-A process the request at their best/fast effort and return a response at some unknown later time.  App-A invoke ESB web service to notify App-B about the response. • ESB will be mediator between App-A and App-B. This customization will be specific to Users associated with the IVR. Web tool will be a GUI application which will provide “easy to use” features. The project is part of the network transformation program for a global financia client which includes transformation of data network, provision of Unified communication as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). My responsibilities on the project included understanding the requirements, preparing test scenarios and test execution of the Cisco contact center solution deployed for the client- Call steering, Call routing and reporting. Top acceses is also used for some basic settings that has to be incorporated in the printer panel.The user will be able get the transmission reports for every successful operations and also for failure operations.
