Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices (deposits, store keys, SAFE program, etc.) and ensure proper maintenance and safe use of equipment. Responsible for handling the turning in of cash at the end of each sales associate’s day and is required to ensure that all the money is accounted for in the end. Assist Manager with tasks including ordering, training staff members, working out rosters, banking, resolving staff conflicts, monitoring work practices amongst the sales assistants, theft prevention and was in charge of store when the manager was not on duty. Adhere the company process so that all audit can be green i.e. DM audit, LP audit (PEP), Food audit, Fire safety audit, commercial audit etc. Drive easy day membership program and ensure that every customer would be part of easy day club. Develop and maintain a team concept to improve associate morale, communication, and working conditions.
