My passion for Information Technology, customer service and virtual work stemmed from the desire to be involved in research and development, providing great service and also helping other people. Technology particularly plays a pivotal role in our daily lives, how we communicate, work and also the products we use daily. My trained skills, interests and talents best position me at the intersection of research and product development. I have been trained to solve problems bearing in mind the importance of scalability of the solution to achieve a competitive advantage. I'm currently running a micro enterprise, WhyNut, which manufactures health granola bars that achieve a balance of taste, health and affordability. My involvement in this project has taught and made me aware of the complexities involved in managing a project from raw material availability, sourcing, product manufacturing, negotiation with suppliers/customers, market trends,promoting, cash flow and most importantly customer satisfaction.
